B153–2007 divides the architect’s services into six phases: programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, quotation, and FF&E contract administration. B153–2007 was renumbered in 2007 and modified to align, as applicable, with B101™–2007. B153–2007 is intended for use in conjunction with AIA Document A251™–2007, General Conditions of the Contract for Furniture, Furnishings and Equipment, which it incorporates by reference. NOTE: B175ID–2003 expired on May 31, 2009
